BAE Systems is looking for well-qualified professionals to join our team for an exciting opportunity to support the readiness and sustainment of the USAF ICBM program. The ICBM Systems Program Office must ensure a safe, secure and reliable Minuteman III weapon system as required by the war fighter (Air Force Global Strike Command) through 2030. This contract augments organic resources by providing breadth and depth of capabilities for system engineering and integration, risk management, technical assessment, acquisition program management, strategy development, organization and change management, interface with operations and logistics, business analysis, mission effectiveness, and ICBM Demonstration / Validation (Dem/Val) Integrated Applications Programs.

This position reports to the BAE Minuteman III Support Equipment Programs Manager Branch and is responsible for the control and efficient flow of goods and information and logistical support of Minuteman III support equipment programs. The Logistics Analyst is responsible for schedule and technical delivery of their assigned portfolio and will be the primary interface with applicable AFNWC/NIA branch chiefs. This position manages and delivers on corporate objectives including return on sales, product delivery (to include hours delivered), product quality and to a lesser extent, business growth.

Position is located at or near Hill AFB, Utah.
