Lead Logistics Analyst

The Logistics Lead will be responsible for the leading all program logistics-related tasks, managing the flow of resources between the point of origin, procurement, configuration management and through disposal. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day logistics operations including leading projects for the development of upgrades and system improvements, tracking and reporting material, establishing and maintaining material handling procedures, asset management, configuration management and scheduling.

This individual acts as the primary interface to the government for all logistics matters and will provide management oversight for the following functions and personnel:

  • Facility Management
  • Asset Management
  • Procurement Support
  • Configuration Management Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education

Required Education:

Bachelors and 4+ year(s) related experience

Required Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar degree or equivalent experience

Required Skills:

Active security clearance required, U.S. Citizenship required. Experience leading administration and maintenance of communication networks, databases, storage area networks and virtual machines. Technical experience with the following: Recover Point, Clariion, Brocade, and Isilon components. Support enterprise and development network infrastructure. Demonstrated experience and/or familiarity with one of more of the following: TCP/IP, Cisco switches, routers, VLAN configuration, firewalls, VPN, storage (SANS, RAID, etc.), Network Intrusion Device Systems, etc. Demonstrated experience and/or familiarity with one of more of the following: ACLs, IAVA, DCID 6/3, STIGS, etc. Evaluate, test, install and implement new and existing hardware and software across physical media, protocol stacks, switches, routers, firewalls, intrusion detection devices, and network management components. Perform problem isolation and resolution of network problems through troubleshooting and devising effective solutions. Install patches and maintain accurate records of program corrections and patch levels. Perform Network Management functions such as, network monitoring, network performance measurement and reporting. Perform updates to network devices, including Firewalls, NIDS, switches, routers and crypto devices. Support development and maintenance of all required network policies and procedures. DoD 8570.1-M Compliance at IAT Level I certification required. Preferred Skills and Education dl{margin:0 0 .8em}dt{font-weight:bold}dd{margin:.4em 0 0 2em}

Preferred Skills:
