Junior Minuteman Sustainment Electrical Engineer

BAE Systems is looking for well qualified professionals to join our team for an exciting opportunity to support the readiness and sustainment of the USAF ICBM program.

Position will support the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) System Program Office (SPO) located at Hill Air Force Base (AFB), Clearfield, Utah. Support entails applying Electrical Engineering principles and practices to the sustainment and programmatic activities of the Minuteman Sustainment. Support includes; system engineering integration, risk development and management, technical assessment, program management, strategy development, technical data change management, operations and logistics, business analysis, mission effectiveness, test and evaluation, configuration management, failure analysis, Government sustainment and acquisition policy and processes, scheduling, regular collaboration with many individuals/parties, activity prioritization, and training others.

Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education Required education: Bachelor Degree and 0-2 years experience (2+ with an Associates)

Electronic Engineering, EE, Physics or Math Preferred Skills and Education Preferred familiarity with ICBM equipment; Launch Facility, Launch Control Center, and Airborne Launch Control System, and all associated electrical and electro-mechanical hardware and related support equipment. General knowledge of areas noted in Job Description.
