Job Description

Candidate will manage client Interfaces to ensure quality, accessibility and interoperability to Enterprise Services
(OWA, AWS, Capture, Managed Print Service, VoIP, etc.). The primary objective of Client Interfaces is the
ability of different systems, devices, applications or products to connect and communicate in a
coordinated way, without effort from the end user. Functions of interoperable components include data
access, data transmission and cross-organizational collaboration regardless of its developer or
origin. Client Interfaces enables USMS users achieve higher efficiency and a more holistic view of
information. The Contractor must ensure interfaces are completely understood, to work with other
products or systems, at present or in the future, in either implementation or access, without any

Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education
Experience with Intel based workstations, Microsoft operating systems Windows 7 or greater, mobile device support, printers, faxes, and other peripheral devices.
