ISR Program Manager

Performs day-to-day leadership of one or several small contract or internal technology development and demonstration efforts. Serves as the primary customer focal point for program status and has full responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned efforts. Builds and leads a multi-disciplined team to achieve project objectives. Provides inspired leadership to all team members to maximize their performance and development. This position will focus on key technologies in the ISR Sensors Product Line including SIGINT, Acoustics, and EO/IR.

Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education

  • Familiarity with DoD contracting and business capture principles.
  • Familiarity with small project and team management.
  • Strong rapport-building skills with customers and internal team-members and stakeholders.
