We are seeking to hire multiple security cleared Interior Design/CAD Designer's to support our National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) contracts support the government customers Architectural and Interior Design Services group. Selected Candidates will support the government customers Architect with detailed planning and execution of interior design, furniture, art and branding projects. The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing detailed Statements of Need (SON) for all projects and coordinating the process of gathering customer interior design, furniture, art and branding requirements.
The selected candidates will handle updating and maintaining the customer's art inventory, in addition to preparing, managing and briefing leadership on the detailed art and branding tracking process that includes funding and status of completion. Candidates will lead and participate in design teams developing and managing building standards and will keep current with vendor capabilities, new products, and trends in interior design. Will also support the government customer Architect with complete and accurate working plans and revisions for space projects, integrating skilled architectural/engineering drafting methods and procedures with the operation and application of 2-D and 3-D computer-aided design (CAD) equipment and software. Will perform configuration management and administration of all drawings in support of the customer's enterprise control processes and baselines.
All CAD files shall conform with the National CAD Standards (NCS version 5 or latest version). The Interior Design/CAD Designer's will provide support to Strategic Space Planning group's semi-annual space audits by providing CAFM support by updating CAD drawings and seat location data. This will also include updating and generating annual Space Drawings hardcopy books and coordination with the communication office to print the hardcopy books for distribution to various components.

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
