Perform pre-publication reviews of materials drafted by agency employees (resumes, books, articles, etc.) and classification review of a variety of written deliverables to be disseminated outside of the agency including White House talking points and Congressional testimony. This work also included training the agency workforce on issues of classification and working on the related policies and guidance. Coordinate annual classification reports and updates, the development of classification guides (SCG), and maintain a repository of digital copies of SCGs. Complete ISOO reporting requirements (SF 311, cost report, classification count, etc.). Review IARPA and other agency element SCG's for compliance prior to signature. Review Intelligence Community (IC) classification tools to determine best practices. Provide subject matter expert (SME) guidance on classification, declassification, marking guidance, and policy requirements in support of IC ITE, IC policy, and the Classification Management Tool (CMT). Provide SME guidance on various IC working groups supporting classification, declassification and security policy matters. Assist in maintaining the IC Markings Register and Manual. Assure consistency among agencies in their application of the policies and procedures. Monitor IC annual self-inspection reporting. Provide OCA and Derivative classification training to IC-ide workforce and contractor teams. Provide classification guidance and document review support for classification accuracy and declassification activities.
