Interested in an exciting overseas opportunity? BAE Systems is looking for an all-source exercise analyst to serve on the Exercise team and assist in intelligence efforts as directed by the customer in support of US Forces Korea.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Assisting in Intelligence Planning production and implementation efforts as directed by the U.S. Government.
Conduct studies of intelligence planning programs to evaluate effectiveness of current programs, feasibility of future programs and development of planning efforts. Plans and advises on implementation of new ideas, procedures, processes, methods and approaches of substantial scope and difficulty.
Represent USFK in functional or multidisciplinary intelligence planning or working forums throughout the IC.
Assist in exercise planning through the training of theater staffs and augmentation forces, improving combined and joint war fighting skills.
Conduct red team review, analyze and coordinate plans, operations, intelligence estimates and processes to ensure they are immune from group think, oversimplification, mirror imaging and cultural missteps.
Participate in all CFC exercise operational planning teams, conferences, and functional working groups for biannual exercises.
Coordinate staff and Component input into Scenario Development Messages and scripting in support of exercises; primary editor for the same.
Handle all garrison business processes; and all administration, systems, and logistics associated with the intelligence white cell planning and execution.
Coordinate Component order of battle STARTEX data, augmentation requirements, and training of white cell augmentees during exercise execution.
