Intel Communications Instructor with Podium Experience

Serve as subject matter experts for curriculum development, curriculum maintenance, and instruction in Intelligence Writing, Briefing and Editing.

Knowledge of IC reports and the proper way of writing reports.

Provide support to the implementation of training courses and work as a member of a team to define, develop, and instruct relevant courseware.

Stay current and abreast of changing technical requirements across the Customer and, where appropriate, incorporate these updates into courseware.

Monitor key issue areas relevant to courseware and engage with Communities of Practice and other forums in support of customer training initiatives.

Experience supporting the implementation of training courses and working as a member of a team to define, develop, and instruct relevant courseware.

Demonstrate working knowledge of the principle of guided exercises

Proven working knowledge of the principles of learning styles, student feedback, and immediacy behaviors affect student satisfaction.

Working knowledge of multiple communication strategies and student-center environment

Provide systems and data checkout, classroom set up, material handling, and other administrative support.

Instructor will teach and maintain the following courses and other related courses should the need arise: Fundamentals of Intelligence Writing, Fundamentals of Intelligence Briefing, Intermediate Intelligence Writing, Intermediate Intelligence Briefing, Advanced Intelligence Writing, Advanced Intelligence Briefing, and Reviewing and Editing Intelligence Writing. Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education Required education: High School/GED
