Integration and Test Systems Engineer

Job Description

System integration and Test Engineer to support the testing of complex Electronic Warfare equipment. Performs testing in the lab as well as verification activities including: functional, environmental qualification, environmental stress screening and production tests. Develops test procedures, execute test procedures and document test results to ensure system requirements are met. Develops, integrates, setup and maintains test equipment required for a fully functional test environment. Supports System Test, Verification, and Validation activities. Identifies, documents, tracks and evaluates test problem reports and test anomalies. Prepares Test Reports.

Typical Education & Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience or a masters and 4 years of experience

Required Skills and Education

Successful candidate must possess strong organizational skills and strong Electronic Integration and Test skills, electrical troubleshooting, maintenance and fault isolation abilities.

Successful candidate must possess experience performing Electromagnetic Interference and Electromagnetic Compatibility testing on complex electronic systems.

Candidates must be willing to work extended hours during mission critical time periods.

Position requires excellent oral and written communications skills; strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills; and proficiency with various types of test equipment and software packages.

Preferred Skills and Education

- Background in Electrical Engineering
- Excellent communication and written skills as well as ability
to comprehend the written instructions
- Active Secret Clearance or TS
