Instrument Person

Must have knowledge of desktop computer skills, Microsoft office, and be able to use laptop computer and associated PLC software. Must be able to work to a high degree of accuracy in a sage, efficient, economical manner with a minimum of supervision. Job duties include: install, inspect, repair, adjust and calibrate all indicating, recording, integrating, and control instruments; troubleshoot problems with PLC interface; disconnect inaccurate or damaged instruments; replace faulty instrument with spares; dismantle instruments, clean parts and replace worn or damaged parts. Make periodic inspections and minor field adjustments; test and calibrate to coincide with established standards. Repair valves, power cylinders. Perform PM’s Required Skills and Education High School Diploma

2 Year AAS Degree in Instrumentation Technology
