Information Management Business Analyst

The successful candidate will seek to improve the overall customer experience related to information management, delivery, and technology tools within our Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) business areas. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting product line(s) which make up the business area. S/he is expected to understand business change needs, assess business impact of those changes, capture, analyze and document requirements and support the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders. The position of Senior Business Systems Analyst reports to the Senior Manager of Information Management. This position will be located at the Electronic Systems (ES) Nashua Canal Street site.
Required Skills and Education
Demonstrated analytical skills.
Familiar with the requirements of closed area labs and office space.
Self-directed, detail oriented, organized, multi tasker - ability to keep track of a myriad of moving parts.
Accustomed to working in a matrixed environment.
Must have the ability to successfully obtain a Secret Clearance.
Bachelor's degree (from an accredited non-profit institution) in Computer Science with 3+ year(s) related experience OR minimum of 7 years relevant work history showing increasing level of responsibility .
Preferred Skills and Education
Hands on systems analysis or systems administrator or network engineer.
Background in IT Computing.
Experience with Closed and Classified environments
Ability to brief Senior Leaders
Innovative and Self Motivated
