The candidate shall provide Imagery Analysis services as described below. Perform imagery research and analysis by researching current and historical hardcopy and softcopy imagery, which may include researching the National Exploitation System (NES) and other appropriate database for amplifying information and producing standard imagery analysis products. This effort will require regular collaboration with imagery and geospatial analysts and other intelligence officers throughout the Intelligence Community.
Responsible for the GEOINT collection, exploitation, analysis and reporting on the WMD Counterproliferation mission, specifically foreign state chemical and biological warfare (CBW)- related issues. Serves as a substantive matter expert assigned to CBW issues. Meets regularly with policy, intelligence and military community stakeholders to address upcoming mission priorities, GEOINT support, provide situational awareness, and strategize joint production efforts. Has prior experience working foreign CBW and terrorism mission sets.
Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education Experience of 3 to 10 years of working experience. Imagery analysis experience in the Intelligence Community at the national level. Attended either the Geospatial Intelligence Training Program or equivalent. Knowledge of soft copy exploitation functionalities. Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient use of REMOTE VIEW, SOCET GXP, ESRI ArcGIS Suite, IEC, NES, and common office software to include PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, word processing.
- Knowledge of the intelligence collection process.
- Knowledgeable of multi-spectral and SAR imagery exploitation.
- Ability to work in a very dynamic and demanding work environment.
- Exploitation of Industrial power complexes or equivalent to include security infrastructure.
Preferred Skills and Education
Counter proliferation experience.
Chemical and biological warfare account experience.
Counter terrorism experience.
