Job Description

ICBM Reentry Vehicle Applications Program (RVAP) Advanced Concepts Reentry Systems Engineer: Responsible for direct customer support to the Air Force/Government Program Manager. Position requires knowledge and experience with Reentry Systems Reentry Vehicle (RSRV) technical support and integration. Experience with RSRV flight and ground systems as well as requirements development background highly desirable. Focal point for updating and coordinating RVAP development Integration activities, plans and procedures. Facilitate coordination with design and development organizations, identify and integrate program risks and integrate mitigation plans. Develop detailed briefings for Air Force leadership outlining RVAP activities. Provide meeting support for and in behalf of Air Force Customer.

Typical Education & Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

Required Education Skills and Experience:
- Secret Security Clearance Required, (Top Secret Eligible)
- BS in Engineering or Scientific Discipline plus 7+ years engineering experience (5+ years with an MS).

Preferred Skills and Education

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Specific experience with RSRV warhead integration.
- Specific experience with RSRV arming and fuzing development and integration.
- Extensive Reliability, surveillance and systems engineering experience.
- Advanced development and R&D experience highly desirable
-Advanced Technical Degree desirable
