GEOINT Staff Officer

BAE Systems is seeking a skilled Staff Officer to support a government customer. Qualified Candidates will work as part of a team in targeting partnerships and relationships with internal and external entities that are key stakeholders in GEOINT learning, GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC), and GEOINT Workforce planning. Candidates will leverage knowledge of GEOINT Tradecraft and the NSG to develop, facilitate, and implement initiatives that support long-term NSG and customer strategies, interoperability strategies, and strategic policies that may include: Base lining GEOINT Training, GEOINT Competency Mapping, and Assessing GEOINT Training Standards. Candidates will also work as part of a team to identify future requirements based on projected technology advances and customer long-term objectives. The position will require a self-starter with knowledge of GEOINT tradecraft as well as NSG policies and procedures. Qualified Candidates will aid in the scheduling, facilitating and logistics of meetings, conferences, and events, partnering with other training organizations. Candidates will be responsible for gathering, tracking, and presenting performance metrics to measure report progress and wayahead.

Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education -7-11 years of relevant experience

  • Clear communicator
  • demonstrated experience researching, compiling, and presenting data to varied audiences

Preferred Skills and Education

  • Familiarity with MS Access
