Financial Anst Sr Prin

This position will be the Earned Value Management (EVM) focal point for Weapons Systems – US. The analyst will be the primary interface with DCMA for EVMS audits and joint surveillance, be responsible for ensuring maintenance of a compliant EVM System Description, and coordinate internal EVM audits and assessments. The analyst will be expected to maintain familiarity with industry practices, trends and applications to enhance the organization's capabilities and advise management on new developments and evolving organizational needs and required competencies. The analyst will provide leadership in ensuring team readiness for new contract EVM implementation and training

This position will also provide financial expertise to the Advanced Weapons and Munitions business area. Responsibilities will require working closely with the program and financial teams in developing and analyzing key financial measures, assessing contract profitability, and ensuring compliance to accounting and Earned Value management systems. The analyst will participate and/or lead audits to ensure understanding of financial or EVMS data and methodologies. Effective performance requires a broad knowledge of accounting, finance, earned value management and/or cost estimating theory and practice.
