A highly challenging opportunity exists for a motivated individual to join the Program Control team of the Advanced Electronic Warfare Solutions product area within IEWS Product Line, part of the Electronic Combat Solutions Business Area. The products and programs that the chosen candidate will be responsible for are extremely diverse and offer tremendous growth experience. The programs include design and development contracts as well as production.
Reporting to the Finance manager for Advanced Electronic Warfare Solutions (AEWS), the Principal Program Control Analyst will provide leadership, guidance and Program Control support to programs within the AEWS program family. Working with management, the qualified candidate will lead efforts to support the IEWS Finance principal objectives. These objectives include meeting or exceeding key salients; providing timely and accurate delivery of core products; continuous improvement ideas and updates of current processes; and performing ad hoc analysis as necessary. The candidate will have exposure to various levels of management including the Product Line Director, Product Line Finance Management, ECS Finance Director, ECS Planning and Analysis and ECS Pricing.

Specific Responsibilities of the position will include:
- Program Control support to program teams (PMs and Functional) and ensure all internal and external customer financial requirements are met
- Organize and lead various business cycle reporting requirements as necessary. Reporting includes but is not limited to Product Line and Business Area Reviews, QBR, and IBP updates
- Assist with monthly reporting in accordance with established business cadence
- Mentor and develop junior members of the Program Control team
Work closely with the ECS Pricing team to support significant proposal efforts
