A highly challenging opportunity exists for a motivated individual to join the Program Control team in the Advanced Electronic Warfare Solutions (AEWS) product area within IEWS Product Line, part of the Electronic Combat Solutions Business Area. The program that the chosen candidate will be responsible for is extremely diverse and offers a tremendous growth experience in the production area.

Reporting to the finance manager within Advanced Electronic Warfare Solutions (AEWS), the Program Control Analyst II will support the IEWS Finance objectives. These objectives include meeting or exceeding key salients; providing timely and accurate delivery of core products; continuous improvement ideas and updates of current processes; and performing ad hoc analysis as necessary. The candidate will have exposure to various levels of management including the Product Line Director, Product Line Finance Management, ECS Finance Director, ECS Planning and Analysis and ECS Pricing.

Specific Responsibilities of the position will include:

  • Supporting Lead Principle Finance Analyst in Baseline and support of new incoming $160M+ program as well as supporting two ongoing Low Rate Initial Production programs.
  • Program Control support to program teams (PMs and Functional) and ensure all internal and external customer financial requirements are met
  • Support various business cycle reporting requirements as necessary. Reporting includes but is not limited to Product Line and Business Area Reviews, QBR, and IBP updates

Support monthly reporting in accordance with established business cadence
