Finance Manager - Program Control

Job Description

The Soldier and Vehicle Electronics (SVE) Finance team is seeking an experienced Program Control Finance Manager to join the Electronic Systems Survivability, Targeting & Sensing Solutions SVE finance team in support of the Enhanced Night Vision Goggle-III/Family of Weapon Systems-Individual (ENVG-III/FWS-I) programs. T he selected individual will be responsible for e nsuring timely and accurate program financial analysis for all programs within the assigned program area. This includes leading program Estimates at Complete (EACs) events and completion of related financial statements, managing cash flow, supporting Quarterly Business Reviews and the Integrated Business Plan. This individual will be expected to p rovide regular communication and presentation of financial data to senior leadership in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner, d evelop relationships as a full business partner with respective Program Managers/Directors, support business area strategy and provide financial data and analysis for decision-making. In addition, this person will be periodically developing business case analysis, supporting proposal activity, and acting as the primary point of contact for all financial matters related to the assigned program area. This manager will be expected to Influence the program team to minimize risk and maximize return of program profit through management of financial salients and program execution. In addition, this individual will l ead, mentor and develop an effective team of Program Finance Analysts to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.

Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education
Mastery / Working knowledge of Project Data, Iportal, Excel pivot tables and filtering, hyperion and all associated Program Control tool set.

Preferred Skills and Education
People skills in development and leadership of program control finance team in support of common program area business functions. Ability to effectively communicate upwards and laterally across multiple functional organizations.
