Factory Support Administrator


  • Factory ordering, tracking and delivery
  • P-card, non-traditional ordering
  • Maintain general office area / factory supplies (cabinets, printer cartridges, kim wipes, paper etc.,)
  • Buysite ordering, receiving and returning for supplies and computer related equipment (computers, phone lines, printers etc.,)
  • Mobile device ordering

Purchase Orders:

  • Generate REQ’s as applicable (ESD boxes etc)
  • Blanket PO’s
  • Recurring purchasing relationships for frocks, techni-tool, etc…

Continuous Improvement:

  • General executing projects / Kiazen events (POU, card creation, laminating, cart/rack building)

Maximo Orders:

  • Generate work orders for office area & factory

Concur AMEX Charges:

  • Food orders/receipts/lunch tickets
  • Coordinate food and refreshments
  • Travel (booking and expense reports)

General Documentation Update / Clerical:

  • Org chart updates
  • Avery label printing
  • Scan/fax/copy/input documents
  • ESD/Steel Toe Shoes


  • Set-up meetings and booking conference rooms
  • Coordination of Factory Tours
  • Setting up workshops, conferences, tours with other companies to see best practices

General Support:

  • E-mailing to the distribution list (all hands and general communication)
  • Name plates, Business Cards
  • Maintain factory phone and contact lists
  • Maintain Technitool cabinets, (filling, ordering, and general maintenance)
  • Factory monitors, communications
  • IT and Maximo work order request
  • SharePoint Support (forms, surveys etc)
  • Safety, Security, WOW Walks, Power ½ hour coordination, 7s and CIA support (weekly, monthly walks)


  • General Compliance support (ESD, FOD, Command Media, HTW)

Factory Access

  • Maintain adds, deletes to factory access lists in MWP
  • Maintain frocks and hooktags for gowning room

New Hire Support:

  • Set new hires up at PC to take their initial training requirements / orientation package TBD

Required Skills and Education

Requires a High School education or equivalent plus up to one (1) year specialized instruction in general office procedures, and a minimum of four (4) years directly related experience; or a High School education or equivalent and six (6) years experience.
