Facilities Specialist will be responsible for performing general facilities maintenance and repairs such as plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work. Ensure that all work performed meets acceptable quality standards. Will be responsible for meeting standards for safe and efficient operation of industrial equipment such as forklifts, trucks, and other equipment. Required Skills and Education Required education: High School/GED
5 years of experience performing facilities maintenance duties such as general electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work.
Experience monitoring work quality and performance and providing quality assurance (QA) verification.
Experience operating warehouse/facilities equipment such as forklifts and other industrial equipment. Preferred Skills and Education Virginia Commercial Drivers License (preferred)
