BAE Systems has an immediate opening for an Engineer II SystemVerilog/UVM Verification Engineer. As an Engineer II SystemVerilog/UVM Verification Engineer at BAE Systems, you will use SystemVerilog/UVM to help develop a simulation self-checking constrained random test bench to simulate and verify complex VHDL FPGA designs that include ADC/DAC interfaces, DSP, and high speed SERDES. You will develop detailed verification plans, generate test cases, create verification components, and run simulations. You will have the opportunity to work with Matlab/Simulink predictive models. You will debug RTL code using simulation tools (e.g. Questa). You will write perl or python scripts to perform a variety of tasks including: modifying the simulation environment, collecting coverage or parsing regression results. As a member of the team, you will work with and by mentored by system engineers, FPGA designers and other verification engineers in Electronic Combat Solutions Product Line. You will be mentored in the Electronic Warfare Domain and Verification methodology.
