BAE Systems Advanced Microwave Products (AMP) Center is seeking talent to join our fast-paced and growing business. The AMP Center develops next generation GaAs, GaN, and SiGe integrated circuit technologies, engineers industry-leading products using these technologies, and delivers these solutions in volume to customers in all branches of our armed services. As part of this team, you would learn the details of microwave product development and production, including device design, wafer fabrication, test, analysis, yielding, and assembly of advanced microwave devices/modules. There are a broad range of projects that require development of new products and achieve a significant ramp to rate of complex semiconductor components and assemblies.
