This position is for a systems engineer for the ISR Sensors product line. BAE Systems develops products that counter threats of modulated,encrypted, and multiplexed signals for a wide variety of platforms and mission profiles, providing the warfighter with advanced signals location and exploitation capabilities that meet current and future signal requirements.

Responsibilities include performing system engineering functions such as developing and managing system level requirements, developing operational systems concepts, originating design concepts, developing and analyzing algorithms, or performing systems level integration and tests. The candidate will be required to perform site operations, installations, and integration and validation support activities at customer locations. An individual at this level should begin demonstrating the leadership ability to lead small work groups or program teams, although may be doing it for the first time An individual at this level should begin demonstrating the leadership ability to lead small work groups or program teams, although may be doing it for the first time.

Successful candidate must possess strong organizational skills. Technical skills should include RF and/or software troubleshooting,maintenance and fault isolation abilities. Candidates must be willing to work extended hours during mission critical time periods.

Position requires excellent oral and written communications skills; strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills; and proficiency with various types of test equipment and software packages.
