Be accountable for all aspects of software engineering for your projects: Cost, Schedule, Technical Performance and Quality. Develop software scope and schedule estimates for software projects. Support the development of technical proposals and architecture trades leading to competitive offerings.

Use strong and effective interpersonal skills to manage, coach, mentor, rotate, and develop staff members to help them develop skills and experiences to excel in their careers. Provide timely staffing on programs, and proactively identify staffing levels and skill requirements. Build internal and external customer relationships and work closely with distributed teams to achieve exceptional performance on the most challenging programs. Focus your well-seasoned experience as a team leader and technical professional to grow the Austin Business Center and the businesses it supports.

Travel up to 10% of the time to support new business pursuits, visit with other business leaders, perform critical program activities and attend networking events and training.
