This position is for a systems engineer with experience with SIGINT systems. The work is run out of BAE Systems ISR Sensors product line. BAE Systems develops products that counter threats of modulated, encrypted, and multiplexed signals for a wide variety of platforms and mission profiles, providing the warfighter with advanced signals location and exploitation capabilities that meet current and future signal requirements. We are seeking a talented individual with a background in detection, identification, and processing of complex communications signals systems.

Responsibilities include performing system engineering functions such as developing and managing system level requirements, developing operational systems concepts, originating design concepts, developing and analyzing algorithms, or performing systems level integration and tests. The candidate will be required to perform site operations, installations, and integration and validation support activities at customer locations. An individual at this level should begin demonstrating the leadership ability to lead small work groups.

Successful candidate must possess strong organizational skills and strong signal and software troubleshooting, maintenance and fault isolation abilities. Candidates must be willing to work extended hours during mission critical time periods.

Position requires excellent oral and written communications skills; strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills; and proficiency with various types of test equipment and software packages.
