Eng Prin - Sys

The individual selected for this position will be an experienced Systems Engineer with strong technical and leadership skills to support an Engineering Manufacturing Development program in the Precision Guidance and Sensing Solutions (PGSS) business area.

Strong integration and test skills are desired in addition to rapid prototyping and wind tunnel testing.

The position will include planning and management of engineering cost, schedule and risk as well as ensuring compliance with Lifecycle Management and internal engineering process requirements. PGSS has growing portfolio of diverse products and capabilities that are critical to the warfighter's success and safety. PGSS has been awarded new business including the Advanced Precision Kill Weapon System (APKWS™) rocket multi-service IDIQ contract, Family of Weapon Sights-Crew Served (FWS-CS) EMD contract, Enhanced Night Vision Goggle (ENVG) III production delivery order, Family of Weapon Sights-Individual (FWS-I) LRIP contract, and the High Explosive Guided Mortar program. Candidate will have 10 years of experience in one or more of the following technology areas: GPS, Guidance Navigation Controls (GNC), Artillery Systems and Missile Seekers, Smart Weapons, Missile Systems and Guided Projectiles, Precision Targeting and Guidance Systems. Foreign travel required.
