This is the project for a Dev Ops Software Engineer with experience with designing, programming, and supporting continuous integration and continuous deployment. It is for the software developer that thrives in the role of software test engineer, quality control specialist, CM expert using state of the industry tools, processes, and automated testing. The project is a big data project that is providing analytics tools and integrating multiple mission focused databases with very large volume data sets of structured and unstructured data. The project is leading edge and pushes towards bleeding edge in technology. The work is with a diverse, highly qualified team that excels at developing in a collaborative environment. The customer is highly professional, technically savvy, demonstrates strong leadership focused on high quality products while working closely with the contract team members to nurture technical growth and team communications. The customer sets expectations but is very good at listening to and accepting technical input for schedule planning as well as solution architecting and planning. The team is constantly working to find better ways to deliver high quality products faster and with lower development and operational costs. This often means experimenting with new tools and technologies.

Core hours are 0900-1500. The facility is open to flexible hours from 0600 - 1800 Monday - Friday. Occasionally, the facility is kept open to allow later work to meet deadlines. Rarely is there weekend development work. Offsite work is difficult to accommodate.
