Eng I - Proc

This position will be a cornerstone opportunity in a new Microelectronics factory at the Spitbrook Road campus to manufacture microwave devices for military programs. This position will focus on optimizing process assembly equipment in the front end of this new Microelectronics assembly and test factory. Principle focus will be on substrate attach operations that may include film epoxies and the processes involved therein. The position will be responsible for all process engineering tasks including programming, trouble-shooting, training, documentation and all other related tasks for this equipment on second shift. Previous process experience, while preferred, is not required for this position.

Please note that this is a second shift position.

I. BASIC FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

Assist in the analysis, investigation, recommendation and implementation of process technologies required to enhance the transition of products from design to manufacturing. Assists in performing quality Assurance (QA) Engineering activities to ensure implementation of the Quality Program plan.
