Electrical Assembler 2 Second Shift

BAE Systems is seeking a 2nd shift candidates with electronic assembly experience with a focus on circuit card assembly. Candidates will perform various hand soldering and mechanical assembly required in the manufacturing of electronic circuit card assemblies in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment with minimal supervision.
Candidates will work with various tools including soldering irons, wire strippers, ovens, microscopes, ring lights, hand tools, and measuring devices. Task requires an ability to sit comfortably for long periods of time while meeting quality and rate goals.
Candidates will be expected to review demands from cell leads and factory manager and will need to be able to follow written instructions, work to process sheets, interpret assembly drawings, work independently, and use clear written or oral communication to share information with team members and management
Required Skills and Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass drug and background screenings. US citizenship is required. Requires five (5) years of electronic assembly experience. Must be able to achieve J-STD-001 solder certification and perform various assembly/soldering techniques per company and customer standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Preferred Skills and Education
Active J-STD-001 certifications (class 3 solder) or
minimum 2-4 years of electronic assembly and soldering experience.
