ECS LCM and FP&A Support

Job Description
Interface with all ECS program teams and functions to work through LCM related issues to include but not limited to
Datapack submittals, Peer reviews for Datapacks, SME for Datapack questions, reporting on zero defects
One-Liner reports, health checks for one liners, Non-Green program tracking, including reporting up to sector on changes and why
Support ECS LCM Manager in ensuring LCM and EVMS compliance by conducting audits, acting as Liason between Program Teams and Sector, support weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting and meetings.

Interact with FP&A team in supporting requirements to include but not limited to:
Weekly Salient reporting
Aged Trial Balance reporting and follow up
Assist in creating BA Finance Directors quarterly presentations (CFO and QBR)
Utilize BI dashboard reporting to further enhance tool set for Program Finance and FP&A

Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner
Strong interpersonal skills to influence diverse work teams
Able to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast paced environment
Experience with Hyperion, Smartview

Preferred Skills and Education
Experience with Cobra, iPortal, and Oracle
Experience with project forecasting and analysis, particularly in a US Defense environment
Experience in Program Finance and/or other Finance functional disciplines
Understanding and knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policy
