In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. In this role you will be part of the Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) product line and directly responsible for a portfolio of development programs currently executing in our new "state of the art" Austin facility. ACES is developing the next generation of expendable countermeasure and dispenser solutions leveraging our 40 year history in these technologies. Building on foundational programs such as ALE-55 and ALE-47 we are positioned well for continued growth. The role also entails responsibility in growing our development portfolio in Austin.

Key expectations of the role include: Manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes a collection of projects. Ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company. Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security. Direct people-management responsibility is typically required for (001727, 000417 & 00457).

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Proven program management experience leading Large Development Programs
  • Experience developing and delivering WINNING proposals
  • DFM/DFX experience
  • Lead technical and program teams through all phases of the lifecycle
  • Experience executing programs using Earned Value Management techniques
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders and customers
  • Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to achieve results through others.
  • Business acumen mindset, awareness within and outside the business
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or DAWIA Level II/III

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Experience leading complex portfolio of programs
  • MBA or Master's degree in a technical discipline
  • TS/SCI clearance
