Director Systems and Requirements, USPACOM & Component Commands, provides guidance, advice, and support to Electronics Systems (ES) Sector leadership and Business Areas. Responsibilities include identification, qualification and creation of new business opportunities, prioritization of new business pursuits, development of marketing plans and capture strategies regarding USPACOM, its component commands and assigned units within its Area of Responsibility. The position will be able to assist USPACOM customers in meeting their requirements and capability gaps with those capabilities, products, and technologies available or being developed in the ES Sector's Business Areas. The position will reside in the ES office in Honolulu, HI and report to the VP, U.S. Customer Requirements & Advocacy in Arlington, VA.

The position will work directly with ES Business Areas, Customer Requirements & Advocacy, and International Business Development. The position will develop and maintain close trusted partner relationships with USPACOM, its component commands, and assigned units. The position will manage ES personnel access and engagement for domestic and international business pursuits and facilitate ES leadership engagement with Service/USG peers.
The position will also support the Business Areas through attendance at Industry Days, Symposiums, Professional Events, Conferences, and Trade Shows in the PACOM AOR and coordinate with other Industry representatives as required.
