Dir - Engineering I

This position is seeking a passionate leader in Mission Management technologies, including a deep domain understanding of Autorouting, 4D+ Optimization,Electronic Warfare (EW), and Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) working in a classified environment. The successful candidate will have an understanding of product line management - how to define a vision for, organize, and manage a product line such that discriminators are identified, matured across programs and leveraged for business growth. Candidates should be able to demonstrate an ability to crystalize technical strategies into clear and understandable direction and elevate thinking into winning concepts.

The qualified candidate will support architecture and algorithm development for a portfolio of Mission Planning programs. The candidate should have strong quantitative and computer skills, and will have completed advanced math courses and programming courses in Java or C++. The candidate will solve problems related to mission planning and flight plan generation using statistical analysis, linear programming, combinatorial optimization, queuing theory, and stochastic processes.
