Customer Service Coordinator
BAE Systems operates the Bankruptcy Noticing Center for the US Bankruptcy courts. The BNC is responsible for retrieving case data from 90 bankruptcy courts and distributing it electronically and in hardcopy. The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for telephone and email communication with creditors nationwide who would like to receive bankruptcy documents electronically. Provides customer service for both pre and post sign up activities. Resolves customer questions about the use of the service. Also supports the return mail project. Provides clerical support for return mail processing. Mail retrieval from mailroom and USPS truck. Sort, count and bundle mail and scan pieces. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Required Skills and Education
Candidate must have good customer service soft skills.
Must possess good computer skills with MS office applications including web
