Task would include but would not be limited to:
Troubleshoot and maintain IWS-5 program equipment.
Interface with fleet personnel to resolve equipment failures and improve fleet readiness.
Review and provide feedback to technical feedback reports for IWS-5 program equipment.
Maintain configuration data for IWS-5 program equipment in the in-service fleet.
Support Engineering Change (EC) requirements for IWS-5 program equipment.
This is a full-time position and we'd like someone that has previous submarine or surface ship electronic hardware operation and maintenance experience. I leave it generically as electronic hardware because it could be SONAR, Fire Control, Counter measures, etc... QA experience would be great since we'd need the person to review our feedbacks, ECs, configuration, etc...
Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Education
Data management skills.
Active SECRET Clearance.
Submarine SONAR (Fathometer)
