Configuration Analyst II
Individual will be responsible for the release, organization and storage of both new and existing documents. The individual will be responsible for the maintenance of the existing document control database. Individual will be responsible for sending and retrieval of documents from the outside storage facility. The individual will assume a leadership role in the implementation of a PLM system in the future
Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in the field of Document Control, and capable of operating in both a manual and PLM Document Control system. Individual must have organizational skills and be capable of functioning in a fluid, fast paced environment. Good interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Individual must be a problem solver capable of working with little supervision. Individual must be detailed oriented and able to work overtime as required. Proficient in MS WORD, EXCEL, and web page creation and a working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, ISO13485 and AS9100 are a must. A working knowledge of internal quality auditing and MS Visio are a plus as would be experience in setting up a PLM document control system . Preferred Skills and Education A strong background in Document Control and Configuration Management processes. Knowledge of PLM, PDM and associated document control systems.
