Computer Programmer III

The selected candidate will apply knowledge of computer science concepts and techniques to independently write, modify, and adapt complex computer programs in machine level, assembly, and third or fourth generation programming languages. May guide or instruct lower level programmers and review their work upon completion, for accuracy and compliance with standards.

The position is to create a pipeline for a proposal supporting NAWCAD in Southern MD. Anticipated award date is late 2017.

Minimum Education and Experience High school diploma and at least 6 years of specialized experience in computer programming Required Skills and Education Three of the following certifications: Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP), Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Microsoft Certified Applications Developer (MCAD), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), Sun Certified Professional (SCP), Red Hat Certification Program (RHCP), CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
