Compliance Spec Sr

The Compliance Specialist position will report to the Radford Manager of Business Integration & Commercial Development and will support the Radford ARMS Program.

The primary duties include:

Interprets regulations as they apply processes, practices and procedures.

Investigates and resolves compliance problems or complaints received from internal/external customers, government regulatory agencies, etc.

Implements policies and procedures to ensure that these are in compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulations.

audit and evaluate current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with government laws and regulations.

Other related work includes, but is not limited to:

Coordinates property reporting, compliance restrictions, audit reviews, and other requests/projects as required by all regulations and to the tenant use agreements

Maintains current effective and pending local, state, and federal legislation as appropriate

Develops external relationships and tenant and Government interactions where appropriate

Prepares property reports including compliance reporting and building condition

Makes recommendations to Management for disposition of assets

Receives, investigates and contributes to the resolution of tenant incidents and/or violations

Inspects and reviews tenants for compliance with tenant use agreements, insurance requirements and other management policies and requirements

Performs site inspections to ensure tenants are in compliance to the Tenant Use Agreement

Oversees tenant improvements that are a result of inspection and/or audit findings

Prepares and submits monthly and annual inspection reports and information as required by Army and/or BAE Systems

Maintains inspection and audit databases

Attends internal audit reviews as required

Manages all aspects of Tenant Use Agreements, including Amendments and violations

Maintains Tenant Use Agreement software database

Prepare and review Tenant Use agreements and other contract documents

Prepare clear and accurate reports, correspondence, and other documents as necessary

Supports the Program Manager and Business Manager as needed

Coordinate development of tenant management program activities with multiple stakeholders to ensure agreement and beneficial outcomes
