College Intern - Manufacturing Engineering
Engineering interns are assigned to multi-discipline Manufacturing Engineering teams for one of our products (e.g. MK45, MK110, DLS, etc.). Interns may be involved in project oriented work relating to the manufacture of product, schedule or facility upgrades. The candidate will be assigned activities consistent with the level of education and experience of the individual related to manufacturing engineering. Required Skills and Education
The candidate should be enrolled in a four year technical degree program such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical degree program. The candidate must have completed second year of the technical degree program.
Preferred Skills and Education Completion of at least three years towards a bachelor’s degree in an Manufacturing/Engineering related field.
Basic knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of a relevant technical field of specialization
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to work under direct supervision and follow standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks
Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, in writing and in person
Ability to work effectively with others
