C4ISR Program Manager
BAE Systems is seeking a passionate, experienced individual to manage projects in our Tactical Systems business. We have a diverse portfolio of programs ranging from Identification, Mission Computing, Electro-Optic/Infrared Cameras, Automated Test Equipment, and Antennas. Our Identification products provide the full range of IFF capabilities including AIMS Mark XIIA, FAA Mode S and ADS-B. Mission Computing products provide mission critical computing consoles and displays to Boeing for the P-8A Poseidon and other platforms. Our EO/IR products provide pilots with situational awareness and navigation support in the battlefield. You will leading a high performance multi-disciplinary team in one of these core product areas who are committed to keeping this critical capability operational on the aircraft. The Program Manager will be responsible for all aspects of project execution including customer liaison, cost performance, scheduling, risk management, technical execution and problem solving.
Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Education
Customer liaison experience
Skilled at Earned Value methods
Scheduling techniques, including critical path method
Experience with production control systems and processes
Understanding of DoD contracting process
