Job Description

BAE Systems is looking for a Senior A-ISR Field Service Representative (FSR) to provide near real-time sensor operations and mission execution to on-shift government operations personnel. The candidate will possess a strong understanding and extensive experience managing and employing sophisticated signaling modes I, II as well as conventional communications. The A-ISR FSR will be heavily involved with pre/post mission planning and execution, including but not limited to: supported unit interactions, training, TTP best practices, operator-level troubleshooting, and mentoring as the operational environment dictates.

The A-ISR FSR will assist in the development and updating of Collection, Exploitation, and reporting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), creation of sensor-specific Job Qualification Standards (JQS), and provide expert consultation to facilitate mentorship and formal training on the assigned SIGINT sensor. The FSR will also provide continuation training through on-the-job-training (OJT) and formal Programs of Instruction (POI's).

This position requires limited travel CONUS in support of the program, estimated 25% OCONUS. Successful candidates will act as the on-site point of contact for operations.

Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education
Required Experience:
Minimum 8 years of SIGINT experience support tactical, strategic, and operational SIGINT operations, with specific experience in the following disciplines:

•Minimum 8 years of experience in either collection Management, Collection Resource Management, or Collection Operational Management
•Minimum 4 years of experience working in a Joint Operational environment
•Minimum 4 years of experience in either Tactical or Product reporting
•Strong understanding and extensive experience managing and employing sophisticated signaling mode I and II technologies and conventional communications.
•Minimum 4 years of experience either teaching, certifying, or operating tactical airborne/ground/seaborne systems.
•Active Top Secret SCI Security Clearance
•Customer Oriented, Articulate Communicator, Self-Starter; Leader.
•SIGINT Mission Database Experience

Preferred Skills and Education
•Have recent certification for Airborne Precision GEO-location (APG) operations.
•TS SCI Current CI Poly
•Knowledge of Windows, Power Point, Word and Excel or similar programs required.
•CompTIA Security+ Certification
•Linux experience
