Business Support Analyst

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Manage the Post Delivery Planning Tool

Schedule reviews, record minutes, update and distribute as required. Assist in developing briefings

Serve as backup to waterfront personnel in their absence

Coordinate, develop, and manage the Post Delivery Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Act as receptionist for the Gautier office including physical security, logging in of visitors, and scheduling meetings and reserve conference spaces

Act as local Safety Health and Environment (SHE) officer. Perform Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) duties as required

Manage the Business Continuity Management Program (BCMP) for the Gautier, MS field office

Interface with the business continuity personnel at the ATTs to ensure that IWS 1SI sponsored personnel are covered and maintain a Business continuity plan for Gautier and Bath

Prepare and submit Visit Requests for the Bath, Gautier Offices and other visiting waterfront members as required Prepare office to host meetings and take meeting minutes as required

Create and distribute monthly COGNOS reports. Ensure all CAC cards, badges and website accesses for Bath and Gautier Personnel are up to date

Manage/oversee local office facility; including furniture and infrastructure upgrades, personnel assignments, electronic media connections, organizational charts, local documentation, etc. Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education Minimum education and related years of work experience: High School Diploma/GED and at least 10 years experience working with AEGIS Combat Systems in a New Construction environment, including at least 5 years experience serving as a SHE Administrator, preferably with BAE Systems and at least 5 years experience with Business Continuity Management, preferably with BAE Systems

Security clearance requirement: Active DoD Secret security clearance

Also required:

Familiar with the PEO IWS AEGIS Post Delivery Planning Tools

Familiar with AEGIS Combat Systems Post Delivery Processes

Effective verbal and written communication skills Preferred Skills and Education Highly desired, but not required:

Proficient in MS Office Professional 2013.

Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Professional.

Proficient in Calendar Creator scheduling software.
