Job Description
Responsible for analysis of business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business requirements. Represent the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments. Coordinate with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program features, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls.

Responsible for requirements gathering and analysis to ensure successful planning, execution, and tracking of functional and technical requirements from initiation through integration testing in support of large and complex technology projects. Responsible for managing the work of both the internal testing resources and the external system integration partner and to ensure system capability is delivered with a high level of quality and meets customer functionality requirements.

Responsible for development and management of project plans, define and deliver individual project outcomes and deliverables for small projects as part of the overall project deliverables, manage scope, risks, stakeholder expectations and communication, manage small project teams in delivering the projects including communication and managing tasks and activities and performance expectations to deliver per defined schedule and budget and provide feedback to team members as appropriate.

Responsibilities

Ensure Business, Functional and Technical Requirements are analyzed, details elicited and documented. Analyzes and verifies requirements for accuracy, completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, conformity to standards.

Collaborate with customers and business partners to define project scope and vision and ensure requirements are aligned with scope and prioritized.

Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, enforce and redefined as necessary.

Develop the Quality Assurance plan, end-to-end (E2E) Test Strategy/Plan, including developing and implementing strategies around automated testing. Obtain required approvals / sign-offs for the plan and ensure that the plan is communicated to all project stakeholders.

Ensure requirements traceability is documented and maintained throughout all test cycles to deployment.

Coordinate testing logistics including readiness of testing environment, tester logins, roles & responsibilities and execution of testing.

Execute to the Strategy/Plan anticipating problems and carrying out mitigation actions as necessary and ensuring that entry and exit criteria are met. Document the test cases, test runs and provide/present test summary reports, support sign-off of testing and go/no-go decisions.

Develop, manage and lead various small projects to include development and management of project plans, define and deliver individual project outcomes and deliverables, manage the expectations of all stakeholders, manage all project relationships, manage project teams in delivering the projects, communicate and manage tasks and activities to a schedule with the team, and provide feedback to team members as appropriate.

Effectively manage project efforts to include project plan, scope/budget/resource management, time management (activities & task planning), status reporting, communications, risk management, product QA and testing, user training, ongoing maintenance and support. Prioritize and as necessary escalate issues/concerns consistent with the governance model when potential impacts to project schedule or quality may result.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Excellent communicator with ability to facilitate working meetings and requirements gathering sessions with all levels of business and technical stakeholders and capable of asking probing questions and be an effective listener.

Ability to think critically, evaluate information gathered and present ideas.

Possesses excellent documentation and writing skills with strong background and experience in problem solving and knowledgeable in technical and functional operations.

Experienced in a broad range of business applications/domains and development methodologies.

Experience participating in or leading system testing for large projects and familiarity with tools used to track issues and status.

Knowledge and experience in delivering on IT projects from inception to closing meeting multiple scope, cost, schedule, quality and compliance constraints

Ability to track scope and scope changes, schedule and schedule variances, cost and cost variances from the budget, track changes and developments in project over time and present status reports in multiple forums

Strong attention to detail skill with the ability to correlate information from multiple sources impacting the requirements, project outcomes and deliverables.

Leadership and management skills in leading teams to achieve specific outcomes including coaching, mentoring team members, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures.

Effectively manage multiple priorities.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.

At least 5 (five) years of relevant experience in business analysis.

1-2 years' experience in Managing Software Engineering, Information Technology projects.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Experience with enterprise-level systems and solutions;

Experience with Agile development and testing practices.

Experience using automated tools to support regression and / or performance testing.
