Box Build Factory Supervisor

The Box Build factory will be experiencing significant growth in 2017, this Supervisor will be responsible for building the team of assemblers in the area, making sure that they have the proper training and skill set required to build the products going through the area and giving day to day direction and priorities. With growth coming from high quantities of standard product we are looking for someone with experience in Lean Manufacturing who can work with process engineers and planners to set up efficient production lines in order to meet delivery, quality, and cost targets. This person will be involved with initiatives to reduce the number of defects in the area as well as making sure cost targets are communicated to operators.

Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education – Development and implementation of project plans and schedules
