Back End Wafer Processing Tech
Technician needed to support the back end of semiconductor wafer processing including the dicing and picking operations. Additional duties may also include support to the microwave module assembly operations.
Required Skills and Education Experience with handling semiconductor wafers and devices
Ability to work with both low and high powered microscopes
Ability to work with automated dicing and pick and place equipment
Computer skills to be able to learn and use various Manufacturing Execution Systems and other software programs
Familiarity with applicable MIL-STD inspection criteria for semiconductor devices
Familiarity with safety procedures and personal protection equipment used in the semiconductor manufacturing environments Preferred Skills and Education High school or equivalent education
Minimum of 3 years experience with semiconductors
