Autotime Technical/functional Analyst

Job Description

BAE is searching for an AutoTime Technical/Functional Analyst to join our AutoTime support team located in Hudson - NH, primarily supporting the US Defense business. The selected candidate will work closely with various stakeholders in the business to understand their needs, interpret requirements and understand how AutoTime can be configured to meet those needs. Will provide operational support to end users on a daily basis to troubleshoot issues, answer questions and provide solutions. Must be highly organized with excellent technical, analytical, problem solving, communication and decision making skills.

Create ad-hoc queries and scripts to analyze data and support operational requests.

Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders, analyze against available capabilities, perform gap analysis and translate into technical specifications for solution design.

Provide estimates on the impact and cost of requested changes.

Present alternatives for requirements and solution design and suggest improvements in business processes.

Typical Education & Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

5 + years experience in a multi-tiered application environment
Good understanding of logical database design; able to understand and create SQL queries
Read and interpret XML
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills
Interpretation of user requirements and generation of functional specifications
Ability to multi task and work on multiple projects simultaneously, independently or as part of a team

Preferred Skills and Education

Experience supporting AutoTime or other COTS timekeeping applications.

Understanding of labor and payroll processing.

Java knowledge.

Experience with Oracle EBS financials
