Provide on-site support to NCE that includes installation, customization, support and training of the GXP products. Provide deskside support to users and assist system administrators with configuration management of GXP products. Communicate with sales managers about new opportunities and work closely with Product Management on new technologies that would increase our footprint onsite or within the community.
Other duties will require troubleshooting customer issues and requests via e-mail, phone and on-site customer visits. Customer interactions are documented in Siebel CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Software deficiency and enhancement request documented in JIRA. Conduct software demonstrations at trade shows, professional exchanges and customer sites. Assist with training material development and other sales, marketing, testing and customer support activities as required.
Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Education
Experience and knowledge with the following:
- SOCET GXP
- Software diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Comfortable with presentations and speaking in front of large groups
Preferred Skills and Education
The following experience and knowledge would be preferred but not mandatory:
- GXP Xplorer
- Knowledge of GIS
- Remote Sensing
- System and network administration
