APKWS Project Finance
Challenging opportunity exists for an individual to join the APKWS Team within the PGS Product Line / STS Business Area.
This position is to support the APKWS Program Family, which includes production, integration, and ramp to rate contracts. This person will provide finance support to help the team achieve yearly financial commitments. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the preparation and analysis of all facets of the APKWS program finances including cobra baseline integrity, factory touch labor EV/ETC and UPC tracking, material monitoring, weekly and monthly program reporting, robust ETC development, EVMS compliance and Risk/Opportunity management. These position supports the submitting of a monthly/quarterly data pack, forecast salients and 1-Liner updates. The candidate will be responsible to work with the program team to review trends and pro-actively address performance / cost / schedule issues on the program and ensure application of Company’s mandated business policies and processes as set out in the Operational Framework. Proposal support may be required. Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel, Word and Power Point.
Proven ability to analyze financial data and willingness to learn new financial tools.
Written and verbal communication skills critical to be successful in this position.
Ability to be a team player
Preferred Skills and Education Previous experience in Project Finance
Knowledgeable in EVMS both procedures and systems
Experience and familiarity with BAE Financial Systems including Cobra, Hyperion
Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
