Administrative Assistant III

This position will report to the P&S Chief of Staff

This Administrative Assistant will support the headquarters staff of the Platforms & Services Sector. Performs a variety of complex secretarial and administrative activities in support of senior leaders and other top executives.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provide back-up coverage for the Executive Assistant team/Reception Area

  2. Manages expense reporting and travel arrangements for the headquarters team and will be the centralized support of these services for the Executive Assistant team.

  3. Coordinate, facilitate, and provide catering support for meetings in the headquarters building.

  4. Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to: typing, copying, collating, stapling, preparing packages for delivery, filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
